Rica Fukami (?? ??, Fukami Rika, born August 8, 1963) is a Japanese seiyu (voice actress) and narrator born in the city of Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture. She formerly was affiliated with Beniya 25 Ji and Vi-Vo, but currently she is freelance. Her former stage names were ?? ?? and ?? ?? (both pronounced Fukami Rika).
